MCC stands for Multi Crew Cooperation and is the basis of scheduled aviation. In a modern two-man cockpit, discipline and coordination are essential. In this course, we will prepare you to work in a complex, modern cockpit in a team and learn the basics and how to apply the multi-crew cooperation principle. We will first familiarize you theoretically with the properties and then put them into practice and show you how what you have learned is applied in everyday pilot life. The aim of this course is to learn a discipline that is not only highly valued in aviation but also in many other areas. Everyone is familiar with teamwork, but working together in a time-constrained environment requires precise work and multitasking. For max 1-2 people a 240min, 120min in the theory room and 120min in the cockpit
